Dan Smith studied the piano from a very young age with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, and has composed and performed in public since he was a teenager. Dan has arranged and performed music for theatre productions and has recorded piano versions of popular music for a backing tracks company. In December 2008, he left the Indie/Rock band as their guitarist and keyboard player, and turned his attention to composing for piano-based music.
