When you participate with us as a music rep, this site will run under the domain or sub-domain name of your choice, hosted on our server system.  It will be branded with your logo on the headers and footers throughout your site.  Your "Company Name" will appear in place of "Custom Label Music" and your contact information will appear anywhere you currently see our contact information. 

 

When you or your clients place an order for CDs through your site, it will be at a configurable percentage markup from our base pricing, so that you make money automatically on every order.  We handle the fulfillment 100%.  You just have to show your clients the benefit of using CDs to promote their image, either as gifts, promotional items, employee gifts, or perhaps selling CDs through their outlets, such as museum gift shops, hotels, restaurants, large nightclubs, spas, boutiques, etc.  Once you or your clients order their CDs, we take care of the rest.  As new orders are received, we work with either you or your client by performing the following services:

  • We coordinate the artwork, including logo and/or total artwork package -- we'll create it if necessary with our in-house graphic art department
  • We assist with the desired text for the front, back, and inside artwork of the CDs
  • We email a final proof for your (or your client's) approval
  • We coordinate manufacturing of the CDs (with barcodes if desired)
  • We ship the CDs to anywhere in the world

What Are The Advantages?

Is There a Cost To Participate?
No, we simply screen our music reps carefully to ensure that you are a good fit for this opportunity.  If we accept you as a music rep, here's what we do for you:

  • Prepare your header and footer artwork on your new web site
     
  • Setup your desired domain name.  If you don't own the domain name, there would be a small cost to you up front to purchase the domain name (generally around $7.00 USD), plus an annual fee for you to renew your own domain name (you will own the domain name you select to use, not us).
     
  • Configure your Music Rep site here with your domain name and contact information
     
  • Host your branded web site on our server cluster system

There are never any monthly fees or any other fees involved at all.  Everything after the startup will be US PAYING YOU money for the sales you bring, and your success in earning money on your contacts and promotional capabilities.

When Your Clients Make a New Purchase, Who Do They Pay?
As your clients make purchases on your site, payment will come to our AudioSparx credit card merchant account or to our PayPal account, depending on how your clients choose to make payment.  This means you do not have to setup any new merchant account or bank account or do anything complicated on your end. 

As a Music Rep, When and How Do You Get Paid?
We pay our music reps at the end of each calendar quarter for all finalized sales made to your clients during that prior quarter.  We pay via either check, direct deposit, or PayPal (your choice).  If you decide to use PayPal, you are not charged any transaction fees since we use PayPal's MassPay feature and cover any fees related to paying you.
